Your Challenge

Reporting to the Head of Digital Performance, your responsibility will be to lead Nova Entertainments’s digital audience growth, management & data.

What You'll Do?

  • Develop Digital Audience measurement framework, deliver cross-platform analytic & insight capabilities.
  • Act as Nova Entertainment's Customer Data custodian. Lead the day to day management and growth of our digital audience (anonymous, proxy, addressable & contactable) across all platforms
  • Lead the EDM strategy including campaign design, delivery and performance reporting
  • Implement and manage the Customer Data Platform (CDP), Data Management Platform (DMP) & marketing technology platform
  • Be responsible for Nova Entertainment’s data governance and compliance framework development and execution

  • You're a digital audience & data guru who is creative, driven and collaborative digital operation manager.
  • Digital specialist, curious & passionate about data, analytics & insights.
  • You're a tireless innovator who possesses strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • In pace with SEO, social media, Ad Tech, and digital marketing industry trends and development
  • You're a highly organised, trustworthy, self-starter who works well with ambiguity, and is comfortable managing multiple complex projects in an energetic fast-paced environment Fun to work with and a nice person!

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of digital operation experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or below the line campaign management (EDM)
  • 3+ years of experience in managing 1st party data & DMPs inc. segmentation, device activation, cookies, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in Google marketing platform i.e Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager.
  • Salesforce DMP & Marketing Cloud experience is a bonus (Krux & ET)
