You will need to be a collaborative leader who is able to negotiate, lead and implement concurrently and be energetic, enthusiastic & flexible in your approach. As support to the Brand and Promotions Director you will be required to positively multi-task and always be solutions focused.
Working closely with every area of the business from programming, to talent, CREATE and sales, our Promotions team deliver creative solutions and aim for flawless execution. Your role will be to provide specialised assistance to the Brand & Promotions Director, leadership of the Promotions Project Manager (Drive) and general support of the local Brand & Promotions teams.
You will play a lead role in the ideation of commercial and station lead campaigns for Nova’s Drive show and across Event Partnerships to generate revenue and marketing value for our brands. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a winning culture of innovation, idea generation and execution which allows for the achievement of revenue & ratings goals for the group.
Relevant experience aside, your reputation for professionalism, work ethic and importantly, diplomacy and composure under pressure, is well known. Clients and colleagues want to work with you.
