We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Implementation Executive (Sales Coordinator) to join the Sydney Agency Sales Team based in our Pyrmont Head office. You will be reporting to a Group Sales Manager who believes in nurturing a team to be their best and who encourages a healthy work/life balance (and celebrating birthday, campaign wins and other notable events!)

You will collaborate with the Sales, Integration, Airtime & Programming Teams to ensure the smooth implementation and delivery of client and agency partner campaigns.

Your goal will be to deliver the highest quality of administrative support to the sales team and exceptional customer service to clients and agency partners. You will be energetic, results-driven, have a high level of attention to detail and thrive in a dynamic, deadline driven environment.

  • Effective implementation of audio commercial campaigns & seamless customer service - this will be done by making sure information regarding campaigns is accurate and up-to-date in relevant databases and using EXCEL
  • Coordination and communication with a broad range of internal stakeholders (on the phone and via email)
  • Building meaningful client relationships based on a high standard of service 
  • Providing support in the creation and preparation of presentations & proposals
  • Leading sales administrative tasks including taking bookings, MI’s, CRM, ERam insights and reporting
  • Delivery of post campaign reports, airchecks and campaign tracking analysis
  • Assistance in organisation of internal and client engagement projects and tactics as required

  • Strong communication capability
  • Drive, focus and motivation & excel in a fast paced environment
  • PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • Media background is desirable, but not essential
