So, what are we looking for?

If you are described by your peers (and family as well!)  as being determined, solutions-focused and passionate about your causes, this opportunity could be your next big thing. Our role of Campaign Delivery Group Manager will be the perfect career move if you are in a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Campaign Manager or Account Manager role and are mentoring or leading a team - you also know your way around your day-to-day toolkit: Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook Ads Manager, and WordPress CMS.  In this national operational management role, no two days will be the same. In a nutshell, you will lead the Campaign Delivery team on the seamless execution and best in-market experiences for the kind of campaigns that make NOVA the entertainment partner of choice. If you are coming from a customer-service focused industry or customer-service focused role, we want to hear from you!

We don’t expect you to be an expert at all these things, but here are some of parts of the role that your success will be measured by:

• Be the expert and ambassador in digital, digital audio and podcasting campaign management
• Lead the team through coaching and demonstrating expertise in processes, campaign implementation and critical thinking to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.
• Be the everyday escalation point for campaign operational challenges leading to resolution
• Workflow and resource management
• Internal & External customer experience optimisation
• Campaign pre-sale feasibility assessment, operational management and implementation
• Campaign performance management, tracking and reporting as required
• Campaign budget and profitability management
• Effective and regular education and communication with internal stakeholders
• Third party supplier campaign negotiations and ongoing relationship management
• Go-to for campaign legality requirements including but not limited to data management and promotion laws
• Supports with Create Leadership on projects, strategic planning and commercial initiatives
