We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director (12 Month Max Term Contract) to join our Melbourne Agency Sales Team, working on an established portfolio of media agencies and national advertisers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Melbourne’s most successful media sales teams.
What you’ll do and who you are:
- Strategic and solutions focused management of an established agency portfolio
- Develop and sell leading cross platform audio solutions
- Identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth
- Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success)
- Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities
- Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage
- Passionate about audio, creativity and delivering a brilliant outcome
- Strong and consistent communicator and negotiator
- Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a result orientated environment.
This role will suit someone with prior sales experience, and whilst audio sales experience is not essential, experience working with advertising agencies in the Melbourne market is desirable.
