As the expert in graphic design output for our clients internal and external, responsible for the overall quality and timely delivery of collateral for commercial campaigns across all Nova Entertainment brands. In this role, you will create campaign design for our client advertising and integrated content solutions as well as trade marketing campaigns for all Nova Entertainment brands. 


  • Receive and interpret briefs to deliver strong pitch designs in a time conscious, efficient manner
  • Responsible for design workflow management and quality control within the CREATE Design team.
  • Developing resourcing and process strategies within the design area of commercial client campaigns to ensure efficient and quality execution of design output within the team
  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is provided to our internal and external clients, including coaching and providing feedback to mid-weight designers.
  • Collaborating across the CREATE campaigns team to drive up standards of design creativity
  • Become a design ambassador within the business, educating key stakeholders and attending relevant meetings where required
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and encouraging others to share and explore their ideas and knowledge


  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills required
  • Experience with HTML / CSS beneficial
  • Ability to work across various client brands and campaigns in a fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, senior management across the organisation and external clients.
