We are on the hunt for an experienced and inspirational sales champion to join our Melbourne Agency Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated media/sales professional who wants to work within one of Melbourne's most successful media sales teams.

You’ll be working with Melbourne media and advertising agencies to manage and grow an extensive existing client base, in a role that demands an ability to network, build relationships, develop campaign concepts and identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for selling across NOVA Entertainment’s wide range of media assets including radio, digital & podcasting.

You'll need to have the following qualities:

  • An experienced salesperson with 3+ years experience in a media environment
  • You must be able to prepare relevant and compelling proposals.
  • We are looking for someone who can develop client focused solutions
  • You must have the ability to overcome client objections with valid and meaningful solutions
  • A commitment to achieving monthly budgets (and the ability to develop sales tactics to ensure personal and client success)
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills,
    persuasive/sales ability and of course strong client
    service orientation.

Previous media sales experience is desirable but those with a proven background in marketing or agency experience are also encouraged to apply.
