This national leadership role is responsible for creating and leading the strategic vision and plan for the integrated delivery team across online and offline channels, including but not limited to the breadth of the NE network and off network partners.
This role shapes the future direction of the Delivery function in line with business ambition and ahead of market pace as it relates to integrated media campaigns built for brand partners and advertisers of Nova Entertainment.
You will be ultimately responsible for the end to end campaign delivery experience across all delivery functions; digital ad operations, project management, digital content and design. You will be a thought leader, an innovator and a champion for positive change initiatives across all these functions.
You will set clear goals for the team designed to drive high performance via the strategic plan and drive ROI across all media platforms and devices. You will work closely with the Group Manager to ensure operational efficiency and profitability as well as company Digital Directors (Commercial & Performance) to achieve revenue goals and qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
Core to role is driving the ongoing transformation of the Delivery experience across all functions for clients and staff through process, technology, third party partnerships, automation initiatives and appropriate talent acquisition and retention.
This role operates as part of the national CREATE team with team members and close colleagues across the ESB. It actively and regularly collaborates with aligned functions to deliver compelling, entertaining and engaging sales and product marketing initiatives, including; Pitch, Agency & Direct Sales, Digital Operations & Digital Commercial Team, Brand and Promotions, Content, Legal and Group Marketing.
As a senior member of the CREATE leadership team, this role creates and enables commercial strategy at all times and is the functional contact for senior stakeholders across the business, suppliers, partners and team members alike.
As the ideal candidate, you have 4+ years’ leadership experience at a media publisher or like entertainment business and have proven success in conceptualizing, producing and selling integrated brand solutions, designed to meet market opportunity.
Relevant experience aside, your reputation for professionalism, work ethic and importantly, diplomacy and composure under pressure, is well known. Clients and colleagues want to work with you and for you.
