Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this national operational management role is responsible for the retention and growth of traditional and new revenue streams through the avenue of partnership made between Nova Entertainment’s brand/product portfolio and advertisers.
Partnerships is primarily a revenue growth function designed to maximise return on investment across all Nova Entertainment platforms as well as create new opportunity through the development of cross platform properties, built with brand partners in mind. Integral to the success of the partnership function at Nova Entertainment in 2019 are; integrated broadcast lead sponsorship, music marketing, esports, and events.
This role is highly operational and core to success is the effective day to day management of both the partnerships strategy team and the partnerships operations teams as well as the overall functional team workflow and resource/talent management.
Via a clear strategic plan set by the Head of Function, you will drive high performance outcomes through effective team operations designed to achieve partnership revenue goals and other quantitative and qualitative performance metrics. Core to your success is the ability to mobilise the partnerships team and the national sales force behind this plan, enabling them creatively, strategically and operationally.
You will communicate effectively across the business, supporting the Head of Function at all times internally and externally and be proactive in creating insight lead initiatives that optimise the performance of the team. You will be a natural and skillful problem solver and foster positive relationships across the business that enable your ability to achieve required outcomes at pace and with the appropriate support.
This role operates as part of the national CREATE team with team members and close colleagues across the ESB. It actively and regularly collaborates with aligned functions to deliver compelling, entertaining and engaging sales and product marketing initiatives, including; Pitch & Delivery teams, Agency & Direct Sales, Group Marketing, M & A, Brand and Promotions, Group Programming, Digital, Inventory, and Legal.
As a member of the CREATE leadership team, this role enables CREATE strategy at all times and together with the Head of Function are the key point for stakeholders, suppliers, partners and team members alike.
The ideal candidate has worked in a like role or division at a media publisher or brand for 4+ years and have proven success in conceptualizing, producing and selling integrated partnerships, designed to meet market opportunity.
