We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Direct Sales Team. You will be responsible for seeking, developing and building on strong business relationships with existing and future partners.
The key responsibility is to generate and grow advertising revenue. To do this you will:
- Conduct new client prospecting, research and presentations
- Promote the features and benefits of NOVA entertainment advertising solutions to new and existing clients
- Build lasting relationships with clients (internal and external)
- Live and display the Company's values - Ambition, Courage, Passion, Imagination, Ownership & Integrity
- Be a trusted advisor and influencer within the industry
- Have excellent communication skills, with an ability to prioritise workload and deal with last minute requirements with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, team orientated and adaptable
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Solid experience in either radio and/or digital/media advertising sales
- Excellent presentation skills, strong operational and research skills
- A professional manner, resilience and excellent personal presentation
- Ability to develop strong relationships within the organisation's external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to carry out duties autonomously, with minimal supervision.
