We’re currently seeking an experienced Digital Campaigns Specialist to help us deliver these solutions within the digital campaigns team of our branded entertainment unit, CREATE.

Working closely with every area of the business nationally, from content, sales, design, development and marketing, this role will ensure delivery of a seamless digital experience from inception, execution and optimisation. This role will see you as an owner of digital implementation within the business and providing stakeholders with advice and guidance on digital execution of campaigns for a number of well-known clients.

We’re looking for someone extremely organised, a great communicator, someone who is inquisitive and can handle multiple exciting campaigns at once.

As the ideal candidate, you have 3+ years’ experience in a fast paced environment, managing digital campaigns and have proven success in providing seamless digital execution across a number of platforms including microsites, apps, social, video and mobile. You’ll have a solid understanding of a CMS, experience reporting on social platforms, websites and mobile apps as well as a strong analytical mind. Basic technical knowledge such as HTML and Photoshop is not required, however is highly desired.

You’re passionate about delivering campaigns that get results for our clients, understanding their individual needs and providing solutions that meet their objectives. You’ll be an educator, process driven, a problem solver and results focused.

Relevant experience aside, your reputation for creative problem solving, work ethic, and importantly diplomacy and composure under pressure, is well known. Clients and colleagues want to work with you!

Key responsibilities are:

  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of all allocated digital campaign requirements through the relevant teams (Ad Operations, Design, Content, Development, external agency, integration, etc.).
  • Assisting the Head of Digital Campaigns with production costing and feasibility quotes for incoming business.
  • Understanding the objectives of the client and the campaign, providing guidance on the deliverables based on the defined objectives.
  • Ensuring campaigns are implemented efficiently, on time and to budget.
  • Reporting to the Head of Digital Campaigns around digital campaigns (pending, sold, live) and feedback on campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Campaigns where required to optimise campaigns to reach KPIs
  • Reporting on campaign performance during and post campaign, providing with a full report and screenshots to the relevant stakeholders at the beginning of the campaign to confirm delivery and in the final report
  • Providing advice and guidance on the digital implementation of campaigns, creative direction to improve campaign performance, direction for online message as well as overall execution for the best possible outcome.
  • Assisting the Head of Digital Campaigns with overall digital campaigns reporting and processes.
  • Becoming a Digital Ambassador, nationally, enforcing process and ensuring a good view of the Digital team from key stakeholders from around the business.

 Salary range - $65,000 - $80,000
